Behind the brand
As everyone knows, 2020 & 2021 were tough - to say the least. I was looking to get a friend of mine a sentimental gift to show that I was thinking about them (from afar). It was important to me that this gift took into account mental health, as this was something that was paticularly challenging during the pandemic and accompanying lockdowns.
I struggled with finding something that was both beautiful and functional. From here, Solacement was born.
Solacement is a jewellery line intended to detract from any jittery, and anxious feelings that you may be experiencing by channelling these into an activity that encompasses the mind.
Materials
Made from the finest materials. 925 Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Vermeil Plating.
Gold vermeil is an age-old technique that involves applying thick layers of gold onto a high-quality sterling silver base.
The gold hue best represents that of solid gold.
