Care Guide

Looking after your Solacement Jewellery:

As with most things, the better you care for your jewellery the longer it will last. To avoid any damage or discolouration to your jewellery, we'd strongly recommend that you avoid wearing the jewellery during any time that you're in contact with water, i.e. showering, washing your hands etc. We'd also suggest that you do not wear your jewellery to sleep.

Take care when wearing the jewellery so as not to scratch or knock it, as this could result in the loss of jewels and a change in appearance.

Unfortunately, due to the spinning function of the designs, friction can be caused leading to a discolouration of the gold vermeil, this may require re-plating to restore the original condition.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight as this can cause damage and discolouration. Similarly avoid storing with other pieces as this may result in scratches.

Cleaning:

You can carefully clean your pieces using a soft and non-abrasive polish cloth. Unfortunately, it's likely that dirt will naturally build up on your jewellery from time to time.

Both abrasive materials and harsh chemicals can damage your jewellery so be careful!
